It was an comfortable experience overall. It was very clean, with very good staff and rooms...
-
I liked the proximity to Boston College. The room was cleam and comfortable.
There was no foreworning of the extensive remodel going on. The hotel will be nice when finished, but was clearly not at its best. The restaurant was terribly disappointing-food was not good, and very expensive.
-
Hotel room is ok and location was great
Hotel was under renovation and it was not mentioned. Swimming pool was out of order and the "replacement" they offered was also not available...Airconditioning was very noisy.
-
The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.
This was the a very bad experience. The hotel was under renovation which was not mentioned in Booked.net. Gym and pool facilities were closed. I have booked in Club level that included free snacks and drinks and free Newspaper delivery that did not exist in the Hotel. Their Wireless Internet Access stopped working one evening and the hotel staff were not helpful at all and just said it is not their problem. Worst experience ever and totally over priced and did not provide the basic needs.

No mini bar, No ice on same floor, no hot water (it was warm), Hotel in general was not clean, Old tv, no free internet, pool was closed,
-
The corridors are in very poor condition.
-
Convienient location
Hotel under construction Out dated televisions (It caught on fire and we had to change rooms), couldnt see Red Sox game on tv, no store to purchase odds and ends
-
The location near the highway and the convenient check out method. We had an excellent size bedroom with all of the facilities and a Queen size bed.
-
Great breakfast, friendly restaurant staff, good price for breakfast
Uninformed and uninterested staff at front desk, and internet connection in rooms and in lobby did not work - annoying if your business relies on that.
-
The size and confort of the room.
The sound of the motorway and railway in the room.
-
Did not have a good night due to young family staying in room next door. Small child awake and noisy after midnight. Not able to sleep due to the child's noise and parents noisy comments to child.
-
Perfectly serviceable hotel with good restaurant and excellent (for hotel) gym facilities. Professional and courteous attitude.
-
Least expensive hotel of its level that close to down town. Actually had a functional gym, which is uncommon. Rooms were nicely appointed. I've had larger rooms but it was nice that these had a small couch for seating when spending time in the room. Drinks at the bar were expensive but food was good and reasonably priced.
Very close to the highway made it convenient but loud. You tend to avoid going outside as its sitting above the highway. For a hotel in the burbs, they should not be charging $21 per night for parking. I've paid less for parking in hotels down town in bigger cities and usually nothing at all for parking this far from the city core.

Did not stay long enough to really form a opinion

Overall we were happy with the stay, except for Sunday morning when we had no hot water. We had a family affair that we had to be at by 8 AM and there was no hot water to shower with. The only thing we were offered was to be able to park for the night for free. If we were told at the start that there would be no hot water we would not have stayed there so to only offer a $21 adjustment on a four night stay when we had cold showers on the whole reason for our trip was unfair.
