Hotel room is ok and location was great

Hotel was under renovation and it was not mentioned. Swimming pool was out of order and the "replacement" they offered was also not available...Airconditioning was very noisy.

This was the a very bad experience. The hotel was under renovation which was not mentioned in Booked.net. Gym and pool facilities were closed. I have booked in Club level that included free snacks and drinks and free Newspaper delivery that did not exist in the Hotel. Their Wireless Internet Access stopped working one evening and the hotel staff were not helpful at all and just said it is not their problem. Worst experience ever and totally over priced and did not provide the basic needs.

Newly decorated and nicely appointed hotel in an ideal position to all tourist sites. Location just off the rail line.

The room location and lighting were perfect! Staff were amazing and friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet. Restaurants and a drug store within walking distance.

Can't fault anything about it.
